Tea Clinics

We have designed our Tea Clinic for the tea enthusiast. Clinics cover a variety of subjects from workshops on loose tea preparation and cuppings to whisking techniques (for maccha) to bring out the full potential of flavour in the leaves. Tea Clinics are similar to culinary classes for those interested in developing their cooking skills. In this case, we hope to provide and facilitate the development of tea knowledge, preparation, and understanding.
