Wang has chosen to work with the Ruan Zhi cultivar, famous in its Taiwanese application on Dongding Mountain. The result is a soft floral note of honeysuckle with a backdrop of milk and toasted cashew. He skillfully weaves in the terroir of the Anxi region, renowned for its Tie Guan Yin.
Wang never fails to impress with his delicate work, truly surprising as his trees are only 7 years old. (Normally tea varieties find themselves at year 15)
