The tropical fruit acidity of the hibiscus weaves beautifully through the refreshing cardamom sugar like quality of the spearmint (sourced from a solar powered farm in N. Alberta, Canada). The lemon peel adds a pleasant bitterness to the arrangement. In traditional medicine, mint is great for headaches while hibiscus and lemon peel strengthen the immune system. Lovely both hot and over ice.
