Northern Alberta farmers Elizabeth and Eckehart (E&E) went out and harvested organic fireweed specifically for this blend. Its wild sweet “herby” flavour perfectly complement the bubblegum menthol quality of the spearmint. E&E’s careful technique maintains the vibrant colour and volatiles that make their harvests shine.
The organic elderberry lends a pleasantly sweet acidity, making for a flavour rich tea brewed both hot or cold.
