– Much harder to break than the more common ceramic stand
– Allows a wet chasen to dry on the stand (the unfinished wood absorbs the moisture, then releases it)
– If used properly, will help your chasen live longer.
*** For lower quality whisks, it is essential to use the stand at the beginning of chasen use to prevent breakage
