This unusual cultivar was developed in Saitama in 2006 and has flavour compounds that introduce an osmanthus like aromatic quality unusual for a Japanese cultivar. Fujioka brings us a spray free version rich in umami and Kyoto terroir.
About the Estate:
Fujioka is a master of single cultivar production, allowing us to explore camellia sinensis via the variety. He places a major emphasis on healthy soil and pure processes.
