The Takakis provided us with a beautiful batch of single cultivar yabukita to toast up in our tea roaster. From their Amefuri micro-lot, it is brothy, floral and delicious. Their help in developing roast curves has been next level.

The Takakis are located in Hoshinomura, Japan, a village that has placed first in JAS competitions. They represent this with a flourish, experimenting with new techniques.
