About the Estate:
Fujioka chose to give his Okuda lot a in 2019 or the second harvest and sent us this beautiful alternative from his Shimoyama lot instead. We decided to run with it in 2020 due to its incredible notes of sage, kinako and cashew cream.

Encompasses selections that are as economical as possible while still being flavourful and of more than decent quality.
