Part of our single field series, this Okumidori from Mr. Fujioka’s Fukada field is the template for our Cafe Standard. We only carry what we are proud of and this tea is solid for latte fans, fans of more water in their usucha, and want something more economical for the every day without too much compromise. With notes of kumquat, pumpkin and nasturtium, it makes a wonderful representation of our cafe focused selections.
