Rooibos, when made rich and full, is a delight for most anyone. This special cut allows for more surface area to extract and bring out that malt and vanilla quality with greater speed than normal. Standard cut can often taste underextracted and woody, but this organic selection by Franz & Gerda, a husband an wife team, is beautiful and rich. Excellent for breathing and full of trace minerals, rooibos is a traditional healer and preventative, excellent as an evening tisane.
