The aromatic bitters of the yuzu highlight the menthol briskness of the peppermint. The elderflower completed the blend with its heady nose of grape and osmanthus.
We sourced the yuzu peel from an organic farm in Gifu we visited in 2019, while the peppermint is grown off grid in Northern Alberta. Croatian elderflower connects the flavour dots in a tisane we are very excited about.
