Northern Alberta farmers Elizabeth and Eckehart (E&E) went out and harvested organic fireweed specifically for this blend. Its wild sweet “herby” flavour perfectly complement the bubblegum menthol quality of the spearmint. Their careful technique maintains the vibrant colour and volatiles that make their harvests shine. The organic elderberry lends a pleasantly sweet acidity, making for a flavour rich tea brewed both hot or cold.
