Notes:

The Takakis converted another field to organic for us called Yoshiwara. Mainly growing the ubiquitous Yabukita cultivar for their organic test lots, we have promised them to buy the entire lot. They turned some into tencha (for milling into maccha) and some into aracha (to fire into sencha).
We have carefully finish fired this tea in our tea roaster to highlight the lovely carob and lilac notes this tea has to offer. Smooth sencha goodness.
