The nose of jasmine on this tea is striking, coaxed out with careful technique, canvassed by toasted sugar comparable to brioche. It finishes with flint and lychee fruit and has a silky mouthfeel.

Produced by the family of a young farmer in the Phoenix Mountain growing region, we are enjoying their focus on single cultivers and precise execution. He crafts one batch of tea per cultivar, once a year, doing things simple and doing them well.
