Notes:
The 867 acre Hathikuli Estate has been growing exclusively organic since 2007, and was the largest scale conversion to organic in Indian history. Located near Kaziranga National Park in Assam, the estate derives its name from the word for elephant to emphasize their commitment to elephant friendly management. The CTC we brought in from them this year checks all the right boxes for malt, depth and briskness, with a hint of rose.
