Notes:
Elderflower, with its red grape juice flavour, leads into apple sugar sweetness from the chamomile and is carried by the soft orange background pulse of the orange peel.
Lots of vitamin C in orange peel, the camomile calms and the elderflower clears the sinuses for those with hay fever or mild colds.
