Eckehart and Elizabeth, farming north of Edmonton AB on an off grid solar farm, have produced an excellent crop of peppermint and wild bergamot for this blend, weaving menthol and oregano like floral notes with true cinnamon from Sri Lanka that adds an exotic twist. Traditional medicine says that the mint will give you gentle energy, the wild bergamot will soothe a sore throat and the cinnamon will help balance your blood sugar.
