Fujioka used to cut his second harvest with 10% first flush leaves for the “Maccha Owl” we used to have. We brought it back to celebrate our 20th year focused on maccha. It brings a lovely bit of depth and adds a deeper finish. With notes of pumpkin, cinnamon and lily, it’s a lovely treat from the past.
