The nootropic and calming qualities of this Thai Butterfly Pea Flower, along with its carob like flavour, lend themselves beautifully to the highly aromatic, menthol contribution of the Peppermint grown so carefully by Elizabeth and Eckehart in Northern Alberta on a solar powered farm. (Also, Mint is great for headaches). The rosehip, with its hit of vitamin C, has a pleasant acidity that rounds things out.
