Notes: Meticulously hand picked by Mr. Wei in the early spring, this Yin Zhen white tea consists purely of buds covered in white down. His careful technique produces gentle, delicate, sweet notes of cooked honey, with lavender aromatics. Harvested in Guangxi, China, this Yin Zhen is arguably an “anti-fake” because it is not authentically from Fuding, but it delivers on its own terms, with a unique and wild terroir that really stood out to us. This tea will age well.
