Notes: Established in 1881, the Giddapahar Estate has seen four generations of the same family managing it. They have taken their combined 100+ years of experience and created a fantastic single cultivar Ambari (AV2), bringing out deep and complex notes of muscat grape, pear and cherry blossom, over a smooth and brothy mouthfeel. They have gone for a more classic oxidation rather than the modern green tea like style. The result is buckwheat honey.
