The Takakis provided us with a beautiful batch of single cultivar Tsuyuhikari to toast up in our tea roaster. The first of many batches to come, it is buttery, floral and delicious. Their help in developing roast curves has been next level.

The Takakis are located in Hoshinomura, Japan, a village that has placed first in JAS competitions. They represent this with a flourish (especially with their production blends).
