Fujioka chose to give his Okuda lot a rest for the third harvest since 2019 and sends us this beautiful alternative from his Fukada lot instead. With notes of kumquat, pumpkin and nasturtium, it makes a wonderful addition to our cafe focused selections.
About the Estate:
Fujioka is a master of single cultivar production, allowing us to explore camellia sinensis via the variety. He places a major emphasis on healthy soil and pure processes.
