Notes: This Xue Long (trans. “Snow Dragon”) was made in the city of Pu-er, in Yunnan, utilizing a large leaf tea cultivar called Xue Ya. Normally found in Pu-er cakes, made into a green tea you get complex flavours of sunflower seed and banana chip with a multi steeped journey that keeps giving and giving. Mr. Zuxiang has put together a batch that we cupped blind and came out on top for its hint of oak and lovely toasted green nose.
