Mr. Kaul is managing the Rembeng tea esate in the Karbi Hills of Assam to create some beautiful fruit forward yet simple teas. This selection done in a style sure to please fans of English Breakfast, is cut, torn and curled (CTC) for a fast 30s infusion. Notes of cherry and almond with a finish of toasted bread make this selection a satisfying tea. Kaul’s farm was the first garden to go organic in Assam, and we are excited to work with him.
