CAFE STANDARD Maccha Yabukita + Yumewakaba by Yamaguchi + Fujioka’s Uncle 30g
This blend draws on the bitter rose aromatics of Yamguchi’s spray free Ninotani field Yabukita and anhances them with the gentle umami and oak flavour complexity of Uncle Fujioka’s Yumewakaba cultivar grown in the neighbouring district of Wazuka. The result is one of the better spray free macchas we’ve had from Kyoto.

About the Estate:
Mr. Yamaguchi is a young tea farmer focused on spray free, experimental production. Fujioka’s Uncle also grows spray free and delivers multi generation experience.
