This blend of Yabukitas from Yamaguchi’s Kuromamezaka and Ninotani fields highlights the strengths from each. We were able to enhance the subtle umami and plum character of Ninotani with the bitter rose aromatics of Kuromamezaka. A spray free tea from fields dating back to tea’s inception in Kyoto.
