“Juicy Peach” is so dubbed by Mr. Shi due to its striking fruity aromatic that really shines when brewed Gong-Fu Cha style. He carefully managed the enzymatic oxidation process of the Wuyi Mt grown Qi Lan to bring out cooked malt notes to accentuate the orange and peach, bringing it to place where we could swear it has been scented even though it has not. This tea is developing nicely and has good potential for aging.
