Weng brings us an outstanding crimson tea from an abandoned farm in the famed mountains of Wuyi. The perfume nose is reminiscent of a Mi Lan Xiang but without any clear data on the trees that he saved from obscurity, it is purely a guessing game. Peach, osmanthus and a gentle malt create fantastic flavour structure in a tea that stands out in both a gongfu cha style and cold brew extraction.
