Notes: This unusual green tea had us fooled by its name and leaf appearance, but it was pointed out to us in a cupping with an ally in the industry that its sweet pea and sweet rose like fragrance were more reminscent of a green than a white. We confirmed with the grower and this was indeed the case. We managed to procure a small amount of this phenomenal tea and have found its flavour to age beautifully to the point that years later it’s better than we started.
