JagaSilk “Cafe Standard” Maccha 20g, milled fresh in Victoria BC

We rotate through a roster of small farms for our café clients, focusing on an approachable price point while sticking to our adage that we only serve maccha we are proud of.
To put it in perspective, this quality of maccha used to be the second highest we carried. Often on the bright and bitter forward side, to bring out the fruit, these selections do well with more water in an “usu-cha” or the North American fusion drink: the maccha latte.
