An opportunity to cup three different first flush teas from Darjeeling side by side. Two selections by Rohini from 2019 featuring single cultivar Ambari and then a blend of Ambari + Phoobsering, both rich with umami and small batch hand rolled teas. Sotang offers a counterpoint with a more traditional style.
