They are careful to grow as organically as possible, with no chemicals or unnatural fertilizers. Surrounded by a canopy of trees, they consistently produce some of the best naturally grown tea we have cupped.
30kg was finish-fired and sorted into sencha by the Takakis in Fukuoka, Japan, maestros at firing.
