About the Estate:
Fujioka chose to give his Okuda lot a rest this year for the second harvest and sent us this beautiful alternative from his Shimoyama lot instead. With notes of orange Blossom, cashew milk, sage, kinako, it makes a wonderful addition to our cafe focused selections.
