Both Tulsi and Ashwagandha are considered powerful healers in Ayurvedic medicine. The flavours provide a lovely symphony of stone fruit, licorice and undertones of burdock root. Tulsi is considered an excellent digestive aid, soothes ulcers and helps with gastral pain and cramps; Ashwagandha is an adoptogen that helps calm anxiety and stress.
