The leaves of this tea have been crafted beautifully by Mr. Liu to deliver a rich, amber extraction that is smooth and flavourful, aromatic and complex.
Dian Hong, commonly referred to as “Gold Needle”, is an early 20th century crimson tea style from Yunnan that focuses on the buds of the tea bush, processed with the technique of “wither-roll-ferment-bake-refine”.
Liu has hand-picked and produced a memorable tea.
