About the Selection:

We are offering this batch at a reduced price as it falls short of our milling standards. However, the taste and overall quality remain very decent.

Every year in Kyoto, a competition is held amongst the “ocha-ya-san” to choose the best “shiage” tencha (tencha ready to mill). Leaves are graded out of 200.
