Shipping time may vary upon location.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which
are charged, once your package reaches your country. JagaSilk does not
collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges
may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented
with an invoice, which you are responsible for. For more information
regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local
customs office.

Large Orders Divided:
To accommodate larger orders, your shipment may be divided and
shipped to you in separate packages. In this case, you will receive an
email advising you of any additional shipping charges that may be
incurred.

Return Policy

Please be aware, we do not accept returns on our products with the exception of broken bowls.
The reason for this is that all of our other products are compromised when used. Specifically, our teas are only fresh for a certain length of time. We can only offer exchanges on broken bowls. No refunds.

Terms and Conditions:

30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

Documentation: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for us to process your refund.
