Jared’s Maccha Cafe Latte

  • 1 “shot” maccha
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • steamed milk
  1. 1 “shot” maccha: put 1 tsp maccha through tea strainer into 8 oz cappuccino cup. (Round shape vital for preparing) Add sugar and ¾ oz 80 degree Celsius water. Whisk.
  2. Add 1 shot espresso. (For “to go” orders, use small spatula to move contents into a “to go” cup at this point)
  3. Pour in steamed milk
  4. Serve
