Jared’s Maccha Cafe Latte
1 “shot” maccha
1 shot espresso
1 tsp sugar
steamed milk
- 1 “shot” maccha: put 1 tsp maccha through tea strainer into 8 oz cappuccino cup. (Round shape vital for preparing) Add sugar and ¾ oz 80 degree Celsius water. Whisk.
- Add 1 shot espresso. (For “to go” orders, use small spatula to move contents into a “to go” cup at this point)
- Pour in steamed milk
- Serve
